Polycom 500 no sound at all

Unhappy Polycom 500 no sound at all
Hi all.

Just checking if anyone ever came across this issue:

I had to turn my equipment for about a day due to relocation.
When I turned on Polycom phone it kept rebooting (saying something like missing configuration). I got new BootROM (3.x) and SIP firmware from Polycom and TFTPed them to them phone.

It came up and I was able to configure it but all sound is gone. I mean no speakerphone and no headset. I can call it and it shows incoming call on a display but no audible ring.

So what do you think - is it trashed or it is firmware related?
Anyone had similar issue?
