| I have Polycom 601s and connected to a 1.2.3 Trixbox server. I am running the 2.1 SIP application on the phone. All phones currently go straight to voicemail if you are already on the line which is fine except for the receptionist area. I need that phone to ring whenever someone calls in regardless if they are on the phone or not. I provision my phones via FTP and use the sip.cfg and <mac>.cfg files. Can this behavior be changed from the <mac>.cfg file? Under <call>, there is a <busy> tag where you are supposed to be able to divert calls automatically to a new extension but I tried this and it didn't seem to work. Most phones have 1 reg with 6 linekeys but I have also experimented with 6 regs each with 1 linekey. Any tricks for this? |
