IP4000 and IP6000 over Vsat

I'l start with the question and then provide some details...

Does anyone know how to adjust the SIP T1 Timer on either the Soundstation IP4000 or IP6000?

Using VoIP over a Vsat requires that the timer be set pretty high, roughly 1.5-2 seconds to account for the round trip latency. I have around 100 Linksys and Cisco phones all over Vsat's that work great. When first configuring them, I had issues making calls...I would always get fast busy signals with success rates in the 5% range.

Once I adjusted the T1 timer to make the phone more patient the issues disappeared. That is what I believe I need for the 4000 and 6000 but cannot find such a setting in the CFG files. I know the verbage is a little different in the Polycoms compared to the Linksys and Cisco's but I can't seem to find it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
