Question Incoming Caller ID Domain Display

Hello,

Since I've upgraded my Polycom 601 to SIP firmware to 2.0.1, incoming calls always show up as xxxxxx@domain.com (where domain.com is specified in asterisk's sip.conf in fromdomain=domain.com). How can I get rid of this domain display? I only want the number to show up.

I've tried to change the "address" in the Polycom's configuration to userid@domain.com (same domain as specified in the asterisk config file), but that didn't change anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

Maan

Default Re: Incoming Caller ID Domain Display

My missed called looks like this
sip:12345678@91.67.123.33

12345678=number who has called
91.67.123.33 = my ip

When I try to call back with "dial" it wan't work. I need to have the number in format 12345678

Anyway to do this in config-files? I have Polycom 430 and SIP 2.03
