| Is there any way to connect a headset to the Polycom so that when you activate the headset, you can talk without having to lift up the handset/receiver? I have a Plantronics CS55 wireless headset that comes with a handset lifter, but the ergonomicso of the phone don't allow the handset lifter to work properly. How are other people doing this? |

| I found this out also. I found you can set the phone to auto-answer, but this isn't really ideal. When I asked Polycom about this (via my provider), they said they are aware of the issue and are working with some headset manufactures on providing a solution to this... |
