| Hi, my (*) was using SNOMs, Grandstreams and softphones so far without any issues. I just got 4 polycoms for testing.. 301, 430, 501 and 550. And they just don't work ;-) 1 in 10 calls is garbled. especially on (*) voice prompts. normal calls seem to be ok. it sounds like a major packet loss, but I'm on a local network. I also tried hooking up phone directly to NIC on the server (less than 2ms route) and the same thing happens. codec: ulaw, alaw... same thing. any ideas? SNOM and grandstream at the same time works properly. |
