 DTMF generation in 550 vs 330 Hi, I have a user that has a Polycom 330. She was trying to call an external IVR and that system wouldn't log her in: it wouldn't get her code right. She then tried from a Polycom 550, and it went through ok. She repeated the test from other phones in the company, and it turned out that from any 330 it wouldn't go, and from any 550 it would. It seems that the 330 DTMF generation is a little bit off and that IVR is sensitive to that. Any ideas? Thanks!      |
