 Distinctive Ringing Help Please I have read that the SIP Alert-Info field can be used to map calls to specific ring types....I do not want to use the 'Contact Directory' for this feature Can someone please help me with a code snippet on how to: #1 Incoming call from phone# 303-123-4567 will use Ring Type #1 & Incoming call from phone# 303-999-9999 will use Ring Type #2 #2 Incoming call from phone# 303-123-4567 will use Ring Type #1 & Incoming call from EXTENSION 101 will use Ring Type #3 & Incoming call from EXTENSION 102 will use Ring Type #3 What I'm trying to accomplish is...any call NOT from a local extension will ring differently then a local extention incoming call THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE, Tom     |
