Default disable digit map feature on SP601

Somewhere I've read how to just dump the entire digit map feature on the polycoms, but I can't find it now. I don't want it trying to guess when I'm done dialing, I just want to push 'send' when I'm ready.

Thx,

ch

Default Re: disable digit map feature on SP601

Hopefully you've already solved this, but either way I figured I'd give an answer in case someone else like us just wants to send the number when they're good 'n ready.

If you look in sip.cfg you'll see a line like this:
Code:
<digitmap dialplan.digitmap="[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT" dialplan.digitmap.timeOut="3|3|3|3|3|3"/>
This tells the phone what digitmap and timeouts to use. If you make this line look like this in your settings file:
Code:
<digitmap dialplan.digitmap="" dialplan.digitmap.timeOut=""/>
and reboot your phone it won't have a digitmap anymore (note that if you edited the default digitmap then you'll have to clear out these changes in the respective file in the overrides directory).

Hope that helps,
Nate
