Default Dialing with caller ID and directory

When placing a call from the call lists or from the directory the preceeding "+"-sign is stripped from the number.

This makes it impossible to convert a number on the form
Code:
+46123456789
into something that gets routed to the right location. The resulting number instead becomes
Code:
46123456789
I thought that the possibility to replace strings in the dialplan would solve this. Right now I have this segment in my dialplan
Code:
|R46R00R[0-9].T|
which works fairly well but only for Swedish numbers. Using a more general form it should be:
Code:
R+R000R[0-9].T
however since the "+"-sign is never present in the number being dialed this never matches and accordingly never replaces anything.

I have set
Code:
voIpProt.SIP.requestURI.E164.addGlobalPrefix="1"
feature.9.name="url-dialing" feature.9.enabled="0"
But I also have tried with url-dialing enabled with the same result. Running SIP 2.1.0 (2078) on SoundPoint IP501:s.

Has anoyone encountered the same behaviour with SoundPoint IP? Found a workaround that works for all international numbers? Got any tips on how to construct a better dialplan?
