Default Contact Directory XML Programming

So everything is almost complete. One last problem though...I know absolutely NOTHING about XML programming. I have been able to create a contact directory that works and loads onto each phone at bootup. I was wondering if there was some way of programming it so I could divide the users into a folder structure.

I.E. When you go to Contact Directory you get the options of Sales, Accounting, IT, Executives, etc...then inside there, you see each person in their respected division.

Thanks for any insight you may have.

The phones do not understand any sort of structure in the directory at this time, though it's a logical enough idea.
