| I have just bought some IP501 phones and need advice as to the correct way to configure digit maps. Our company has 3-digit extensions, i.e. 104, but when you dial 10 then the phone things the number is complete. This is what I think I need, please advise: Tell me if this makes sense and is correct: 00T|1xx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011x.T|911T|411T where: 00T = VM access, which is reached by just dialling 00 1xx = three digit inter-phone extension dialing such as 104 1xxxxxxxxxx = regular 1+ areacode diailing 011x.T = international dialing 911T = Emergency dialing to 911 411T = Dial directory assistance Is this the correct approach? Thanks |
