| I have a IP650 with an expansion module...I want to do the following: program a button from the expansion module to activate a call forward (what actually happens is the call is routed somewhere else in the programming). and when the person comes back to the desk, they press that same button and the calls go back to the polycom as it should. Now this works fine, the only problem is that there is nothing indicating if the call is being routed to one place or the other (unless the phone rings)....so what I would want si that when the call gets routed somewhere else (when they press the button), the light of that button lights up... possible? |
