Default Associated Pickup Groups in Cisco Call Manager 6

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone was able to explain how associated call pickup groups work in Call Manager 6.0

I understand the basics from cisco but cant seem to get my head around this priority. For example, is this only important when a Opickup button is used and multiple calls are coming through?

Also, when associating groups you seem to have to do it both ways. E.g For Group A and B.

Group A - Must have Group B added.

Group B must have Group A added.

Is this normal and what are the implications of only doing one?

Any help will be most aprreciated.
