 600/601 Power Supplies - Beware! [I've posted this several places. From the responses, it seems I'm not the only one who has made this mistake.] I bought a new 601 and in setting it up, I accidentally used the 601 power supply with a 600 I had. Turns out, the 601 uses a 24VDC supply and the 600 only a 12 VDC. The 600 didn't handle it to well. Now, nothing shows on the LCD screen. I guess I'll contact Polycom to see if it is worth fixing. Meanwhile, off to buy another 601.     |
