| Hey guys I got my phonegnome box yesterday and i installed it as according to quick setup guide.everthing's working fine. Now when someone calls on my phonegnome number, it displays "PSTN Call". Also want to let you know guys that my phone's " * " button is not working, so I am not able to complete the phonegnome Site Registration. 1. Is there any other way to complete the Site Registration. 2. Actually I want to test phonegnome with VOIP calls here in US, so that it works fine in India. So plz let me know how to do that ? I mean whats the procedure? I am a novice about phonegnome. Thnx Gaurav |

2. The idea of "testing" is not a terrific one because once plugged into a US number, it will auto-configure to that number and then you will have to have PhoneGnome Support "unconfigure" the box so it can be setup for India, which is a manual process that may incur customer support fees. PhoneGnome boxes are installed in dozens of countries around the world. It is best to simply follow the standard procedure for setting up a PhoneGnome box for use outside the US: PhoneGnome :: International Setup |

| Hey Thnx for replying. What I did was, I had plugged the phonegnome in US number and was not able to complete phonegnome Site Registration. So, I just want to know that Do I have to unconfigure the box now through phonegnome customer service so that it cud be activated in India or it will work as it is? If it has to be reconfigured, then is it possible to be reconfigured in India ? and how much is it fees for reconfiguring? Thnx Gaurav |
