Default SkypeOut using PhoneGnome requires GnomeLink PC turned on?
I am interested in a setup to use PhoneGnome to call SkypeOut numbers. Does the PC running GnomeLink need to be turned on all the time when making/receiving the call and during the call?

Yes, the PC needs to be turned on with the plugin running for receiving Skype calls on your PhoneGnome receiver.
