 What is Free  Okay I signed up for the web phonegnome and had my buddy do the same. Tonight when I called him, I get a not enough credits to complete this call message. Now I know my previous calls to him were free, but when the web site said free I didn't know that meant "free with limitations". Then I noticed a 200 miniute in state limitation. What gives? Did I do something wrong? We are both waiting for our phonegnome boxes to arrive in the mail; WILL THERE BE MORE HIDDEN SURPRISES WHEN YOU GUYS SAY FREE IS FREE, WILL I BE ABLE TO CALL HIM 24/7, LIKE I AM INTERPETING YOUR AD SAYS I WILL?    |

 Re: What is Free You should never experience a limit to free calls using the PhoneGnome box. You have not paid anything for the free account(s). No bills have been sent, and no money has transfered hands, so free has certainly been free, unlike other systems that charge your account without even telling you. We're trying to keep the non-box PhoneGnome accounts free and we look forward to your continued support to enable us to do so (such as your purchase of the box, thank you!)
