Hi Everyone,

I have a phonegnome device (spa3000) I am trying to setup in India.
I recieved an email from support to complete internet setup.

1. Lift the handset of your PhoneGnome phone
(ignore the unusual dialtone, if any)
2. Dial **468
3. When prompted, enter the following PIN code:

The problem is that nothing happens when i press **468.

The "Act" light stays On. Status light remains off, but glows when i lift the phone instrument.
I do hear some sort of beeping ( beep beep beep beep ) when i lift the phone.

My Network Information:

I am connecting via a WRT54G. I strongly believe it is not a local network problem with my router because:

• I have another pre-setup phonegnome that works fine if connected downstream of the router.
• I have ensured that both phonegnomes are not being plugged in at the same time. (as suggested by phonegnome support)
• I have tried replacing / resetting the Linksys WRT54G (as suggested by the phonegnome support)

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Could it be that my phonegnome device is somehow dead? Can the phone gnome device be reset (I tried **** 73738 # method, but i get prompted for a password that i do not have)? Can it be reflashed (it is a SPA3000)?
