Which is the cheapest VOIP service provider to FINLAND MOBILE (NOT LANDLINE). I have not come across any service cheaper than $0.19 per minute. Can somebody suggest a cheaper service provider.

Some of the Betamax companies are showing 9 euro cents per minute for a Finland mobile call ... VoipDiscount, VoipCheap, SparVoip, FreeCall, InternetCalls.com, NetAppel, Poivy. The price is slightly higher if you are a European subject to the VAT tax.

These, of course, are promotional rates that can be changed without any notice whatsoever. Some of the other Betamax companies charge higher rates.

By the way what is Betamax group. In fact, all the service providers, you have mentioned, seem to be from same group (presumably Betamax group).

If you come across any voip provider, cheaper than 9 euro cents, please inform me. My daughter lives in Finland and uses a mobile phone (no land line phone for her).

The company is known for a lack of spending on customer support. There is no one you can call and it is said they do not respond to email. On the other hand, the call rates are relatively cheap.
