VoiceStick voicemail problems

I signed up with VoiceStick yesterday and all is well except my voicemail. People who call and get my voicemail are able to leave a message for me. However I never get the message or any notification that a message was left. I sent a support request and was told my mailbox was 'full'. I just opened the account !!

.....they also said they fixed it.....but I still get no voicemails.

Am I the only one with this problem ?

Their website is down, so I can't really change any VM settings right now.

Well I changed the email address to another account, and it seems to be working fine. I have no idea why it won't go through with my Comcast email addy.

Maybe the Comcast has a spam filter (or your email client does) It might think the email is spam. Mine works fine.
