their unlimited plan i call every days only for 2 hours! to usa and canada!
they just changed my plan to 8 dollars a month with2 cents a min to usa and canada without asking me! i only call my relatives in usa and canada!

Default Response to announcement on VoIP

Like all VoIP providers with unlimited plans, there are contractual requirements that govern our unlimited plans - that personal unlimited is used for personal reasons, for example. All subscribers agree to this when they sign up for any provider's unlimited service. Some subscribers sign up for an unlimited plan and either do not understand what they have agreed to or purposely abuse it. As a service provider, we monitor our subscriber's call patterns and other information to determine if they are using our service according to the subscriber agreement. For the most part, our subscribers understand and realize that they are getting a good deal with any of our plans and that it is a fair business arrangement. After all we all need to come out ahead for this to work for both the subscriber and the service provider. Sometimes people will try to take advantage of a situation and when they are called on it, get very irate. We provide a good service that the vast majority of our subscribers enjoy. I hope readers of the prior comment understand that there are two sides to every story.

theu told me to use their service and use it unlimited talk whole day call unlimited numbers unlimited time!! no cheating! they all wer shocked
with what happened with me! I dont know who u r and why u r supporting them! but the bottom line is! that these 2 companies are cheating with customer! in from of ther unlimited plan they should write it!
(calling pattern and excess usage is not allowed so that others! dont sign up!) and there is no fight other voip providers! say that i am cheated from logical exchange and internatiolnumber.com both r same companies!
