It is unfortunate that their web site doesn't anticipate that a potential subscriber might wish to learn more about the service prior to going down the signup path. Particularly, they don't post their international rate chart and they don't list which Area Codes (or, more importantly, which Rate Centers) they are located in within each of the 28 States they serve. They also don't state which countries are available using the 100 included minutes in their international plan.
Additionally, they have a note that says that a 2 cent connection charge may apply, but give no indication of when it may apply and when it may not.
On the plus side, it appears that even the pay-as-you-go service allows for IAX connection, with US outgoing rates the same 2 cents per minute as StanaPhone and incoming 0.35c per minute (not free, but all calls charged in 5-second increments).
I guess I'll ring them up on Monday and ask them these questions.
