Is anyone using the Sunrocket service outside of the United States? According to Sunrocket, they don't support the service in another country. I wonder if there is any special configuration that's needed for the service to work outside of the United States, since the Gizmo is locked and they don't give out the credentials, how would one go about getting it to work. I was planning on using it in Central America, where they have limited bandwidth, about 256Mb downstream I'm not sure what the upstream speed is.

try TringoTel. They claim that their device can be sent to any country of you choice and it would work. They would also deliver the same for you. They also have unlimited calling plans which halped me save $$. I got their device sent to India and is working fine

Hi, I have recently sent the gizmo to India. My folks have a DSL thru BSNL broadband. It seems that the VoIP light does not turn green. they have a PPPoE. they followed the protocol as indicated by sunrocket for PPPoE with no success. Anyone out there who knows to resolve the issue? The sunrocket customer service refused to help since the gizmo is now out of US. Thanks, Laks

I tested a friends unit in Vancouver, BC Canada. We did not have any problems using the unit with my local ISP (Shaw).
