Unhappy What is the Story with the Packet8 Tango?

I recently got interested in purchasing a Packet8 Tango. I watched the YouTube videos, but I couldn't find any real comments on the web about it. I ended up purchasing 2 "new in the box" Tango's off of Ebay, at a great price. I then signed up with Packet8 with their "Freedom Choice 500" plan. When my Tango's arrived, I activated my service and made a few voice test calls and they worked fine, going through the Tango, which has a built in ata/router- in my case I plugged it into my existing router. Using their "Softalk" softphone software, I tried to make a video call between the Tango and the Softalk, which was running on my pc and I also had a friend in another state running Softalk. No video. I contacted Packet8 and they had to then set up my account for video-no problem. I still had no success trying to establish a video call between my Tango and Softalk. I then bypassed my router and connected the Tango directly to my cable modem. I was able to establish a video call, with the exception of the video from the Softalk not getting through to the Tango, whereas it did previously with my existing router in line.
Sounds like a port forwarding issue. While I was pondering how to go about troubleshooting my problem, I went back to YouTube and realized that all of the Tango videos were just promo videos-no real hands on videos from the public. When I spoke with the Packet8 tech support, they were not aware of any Tango phone in their office that I could make a test call to. I can't find any user comments on the web, just Tango announcements from 2007. The Packet8 website says that they are "Temporarily Out of Stock" on the Tango, but I am suspicious. Where is all of the feedback if they have sold so many Tango's ? The Tango is actually a pretty neat device. If they were unlocked, I would keep the 2 that I purchased, but I intend to sell them and cancel my Packet8 service before my 30 days expires, as I don't really know anyone that has a Tango or runs "Softalk". IMHO, the support tech should have had a Tango on his desk and been passionate about making a 2-way video call with me and really trying to promote the product.
