Re: PakistanTEL.net - Pakistan Telecom
What a pathetic and rude customer support they have; look at my question to them and their reply...

All right,
Thank You,

Very good Customer Support........ It has been more than two days now and I didn't get the answer of this simple question.
It was a test of your customer care/support that you've failed. Now I'll
look somewhere else!

Hi,
Is there any setup fee to get a DID for Pakistan? If yes, then how much?
Do you require any contract?
Thanks,

Their customer Support didn't have time to reply my question BUT they did have time to say "THANK-YOU FOR LEAVING US"! Unbelievable!
With this type of support, you've no future dear PakistanTel.net

Re: PakistanTEL.net - Pakistan Telecom
This seem more like an attempt to discredit the company.
PakistanTEL.net is the only service provider in the world that is offering Pakistan numbers for just $6.95 a month.
All information regarding the prices is clearly listed on the website in simple english. We are not interested in providing services to people who don't have the capacity to read or browse through a website.
Regards,
PakistanTel.net Customer Support

Certainly not, I just shared my experience and I do have the evidence to support my feedback!

In today's world, people are willing to pay more as long as they're getting QUALITY service and support. Secondly, who knows there are hidden charges and that's what I was trying to find out!

Would you mind providing the link that states whether or not you've a setup fee (and if yes how much), any contract, early termination fee etc? No Sir, look at your Support page, you don't even have any FAQ section.
Secondly, you should always expect some silly questions from customers and if you've got such a rude attitude then Consumer Services Business is probably not suitable for you. You better take some Customer Care training!

Kelly,
You should also post in the braintel forum a lot people are frustrated with braintel service. Anyway you mention SIP and IAX2, but your website only mentions MSN and google. Do you support SIP and IAX2 ? I have an asterisk at home and am interested, but you guys need to beef up the FAQ.
