guys.. I'm new to VoIP..

just want to ask some advise and insights in setting up VoIP all the necessary things that I need to have and to do to setup. Currently I'm here in Singapore my family is in the philippines, I wanna save money in making those overseas calls, I have already internet connection is it enough for me to have VoIP and for me to be able to call my family back home of me paying only my internet connection?

your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, My wife is Filipino, we live in Spain. The cheapest way we have found, so far, is www.voipcheap.com Including tax its 9 euro cents, about 12.5 US cent per minute. All you need is a microphone, speakers or head phones and a credit card to pay for the calls.
