Net2phone help

I am using net2phone for a long time. I need to configure a DAX device for it. Model no DAX DX3501A for this i require to know proxy address of net2phone. IF anybody here can tell me the proxy address of the net2phone which i can use to configure this device will be very helpfull.
Also i have a Linksys SPA2102 device with me. and it is locked by ITSP even the master reset is provided with lock i need to know is there any way still left that i can able to unlock this device.
