Default Need an advice - Calls to and virtual number in Brazil

Hello all,
First of all I'm new to the forum so bare with me if I say anything stupid. I've been a VoIP user since the early days and to this day still using the VoIP as my home phone service.

Currently I have a package with Net2Phone that allows me to receive unlimited calls from Brazil through a virtual number in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (011-55-21...) and place unlimited calls to US and Brazil (Land lines only) for about U$35 a month.

The only problem that I have with Net2Phone is that their customer service is horrible and their web site has been broken for a while and I can't log into my account and make any changes.

From your experience, should I stick with them and forget about the issues that I'm having or should I look for another company that offers me the same service for about the same price?

Also, any company that you guys know that offers unlimited calls to Latin America and that supports SIP so I can setup a little Asterisk server at home?

Thanks for your help in advance.

-Igor

www.12voip.com has many countries in their "free" calling plan. Brazil's included. I regularly go over their FUP (fair-use-policy) though with not many minutes and then they end up charging me €0.02 per minute. This is still cheap for me though.

As for incoming numbers I use www.falevono.com.br ... they have incoming DID's in many cities for a cheap price.
