| I can use xlite to register with FWD and make phone call to toll free number in U.S. But when I use regular phone (registered via Spa1001), I always gets busy signal after a long silence waiting. Do I need do some setting on the line with FWD account registered? Thanks |

| This is dial plan I am using : (*x.|**x.|*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxx.) . I got this from FWD site. By the way, where is a good place to learn how to setup dial plan? Can you send me some links? Thanks |

| can find the exact post in that topic which talks about this issue. By just looking at the dialplan I gave, I don't see any problem to dial *1800 xxx xxxx number (which will dial toll free numbers in U.S given by FWD website). Thanks |

| Again, please see the docs.... your dial plan is way too complex, as you only dial the provider you are logged into - if your sipura 1001 is properly logged into FWD, a very simple dial string is in order - maybe *x.|**x.|xx. - at least until you make sure you can dial out all the numbers you want. The other "gotcha" in Sipuras is the amazing programmability - you need to go through all the screens and make sure * or ** are not already in use as prefixes for something else (like forcing a given codec), and if they are, change them to something else (like **** which is less likely to hit by accident). |

| I am using the most simple plan now (*x.|**x.|xx. ), but the issue still exists. I can dial other FWD users, but I can't dial U.S toll free number and the peer number user as well successfully via SPA 1001. But I can dial both via Xlite. |

| Under "Regional" table, the Secure One Call Act Code is set as *18 ( I dial *1800xxxxxxx to call us toll free). I removed the *18 code and tried to call *1800 number, but still same issue. I am wondering does anybody else see this before or just me. Thanks |
