Default Free calls to Toll-free numbers (no mothly fee) - Like2fone

Hello, I've been searching to find a provider to call toll-free US numbers for free. I know from the forum that with stanaphone you can do that, but stanaphone is no longer accepting sign-ups (some maintenance they say)

I saw from like2fone.com that you can call toll-free numbers with them (even uk numbers), but couldn't get to use it. I can get the dial tone, but the calls don't go through. on the website there is no info on the dialplan, so maybe I should change the dial plan to use the service. Do you know what it shall be? (and how do I call? Starting with 1 and arecode and number, or directly area code and number)

And is there any other provider that would let me call toll-free for free. I use voxee for normal calls and my monthly calls dont exceed 200 min, so I want to continue with voxee. But I call toll-free %80 and don't want to pay for that.

Your inputs are appreciated

Voxee only charges 1.1c a minute. For 200 minutes that is only US 2.20 a month which isn't a lot.

FWD gives you free toll free numbers in the U.S., Netherlands, U.K, and Germany. Combined with Ipkall you can get an incoming phone number. If you have a softphone you can probably setup both Voxee and FWD on it. If you have a Sipura 1000, 2000, 3000, or PAP2 adapter you can also setup multiple providers.

The problem with Like2fone is that they arer a part of e164.org, and e164.org has bogus entries in their 800 number database, making those numbers unreachable. There is a thread about this at www.sipbroker.com in the forums

If you have an Asterisk server or an IAXy device or an IAX-compatible softphone, GoIAX.com is a great choice for free toll-free calls.
