Have anyone come across a similar service provider like pakvoice.com to call U.S from India?

I don't believe virtual numbers are available in India as yet.....I don't know why they are late to the party though. Everybody else is doing it, so I don't see a reason why India can't provide virtual numbers....it should be soon I guess.

For time being you can use Wengo, which is a new VOIP startup, offering free calls to India and US.
