| I have come across this service www.callpakistandirect.com and I am very impressed with the quality of sound. I currently have the device package and would definately recommand it. |

| Pakman, How is the servie quality from Pakvoice?.. availability?.. sound quality?.. is it 10 dollars flat/month unlimited?... Is it restricted to only ONE caller from PAkistan, or ANY number of callers from Pakistan can call the Pakistan number and I'll receive the call on my US phone number? Do they offer Lahore/Islamabad numbers?. Thanks

| So far its been great. once or twice I had issues with voice quality, but they fixed it quickly. For $10 I can put up with some issues occationally. I heard they are also providing service to PIA. And I think they have Lahore. |

| I ve used that service and I can imagine your sufferings, thats y i quit Pakvoice.com. First of all they have too many conditions for signingup , quarterly contract , cancellation fee , and hidden charges they wont tell you and then number restirctions. Then i switched to www.callpakistandirect.com as "Omitted" referred and man i love it(Unlimited calls from Pakistan from any body there to USA ) ... its a lil expensive but think " Dont u spend $40-50 a month?" on calling cards with limited min. and bad sound quality , bad connection. I m not saying buy it but if u sometime in future decide to quit the current service providers u ppl are using , DONT FORGET CallPakistanDirect.com will serve you like an oasis in the desert. once again website is http://www.callpakistandirect.com Thank you. |

| For me, pakvoice's main homepage is very unprofessional. They have "New Page 1" as Title!!!! Some of the links are broken...I couldn't trust a company that can't hire a good web developer. I am using voxbone right now..Not the cheapest but Its pretty good with occational hickups. I am waiting for a braintel like service for Karachi. |

I use Voxbone for myself...its really good if u're a bit tech savvy... to deal with ATA and router setups (albeit minimal)... Voxbone doens't provide the same service PakVoice does.. there is no option to terminate to a PSTN number from Voxbone at the moment... you need to have an ATA to receive calls from Voxbone. I signed up with Pakvoice for my brother, who happens to be an accountant....for him... the possibility to receive calls directly on his homephone outweighs any other drawback!!!. |

Come on "pakman77786"! arent u the first customer of pakvoice , how are you dealing with those guys and top of it your telling us that they have a excellent customer service without any Toll free or even local phone number ...Yes i agree they have a very nice page for " Contact US" thts wht u were referring as " Excellent". One more thing " Home Plans are for family use only. Abuse will result in cancellation" What kind of language is this ....and wht does tht mean in real ??? If u use alot or 24/7 .. u will get ur service cancelled..... wht a pitty! I think now the price makes the difference isn it ? Again I m not saying that its a bad service ... but if u pay more then there is always a satisfaction of getting more... so if u pay less then u can figure it out yourself. Thanks for all of you who are posting replies... |
