Default Beware of Axvoice

Guys, want to share my experience with you. Axvoice has suddenly increased prices for certain international calls my experience is with India. I had 8cents per minute for cetain destinations and I have been billed for 13cents and now comes funny part when I ask them why they have charged me more they tell me the rates have increased and it will reflect on their website next month. Since when companies started charging first and then updating their website? wont you feel highly furious when u see 70$ bill when you expect 40$ bill? Apart from that i even came to know they are increasing their service plan charges to 30's from 20's why do companies go to such an extent for money? here is the conversation with axvoice

Hi,
here are my account details

ph : xxxxxx
account : xxxxxx

I was charged X$ for this month, there is a billing mistake for these transactions. Please verify axvoice rates on axvoice.com and the rates you have charged. Please credit the difference back to my credit card.

here is their reply

The rates to these destinations have changed. We'll be updating our website in a couple of days.

Just because they have decided to hike the prices they will send me a big bill? How can I get my money back guys? suggest some ways.

appreciate your efforts

What dos the Terms of Service say about notification? Threaten to dispute the charge on the credit card if they don't make adjustments. Follow through if they don't adjust and be prepared to change carriers if it is worth it to you.

http://forum.axvoice.com/index.php?s...e020acc60304f4

This is the link for AV forum (is kinda new).

I know sometimes the owner partner or wathever from AV sometimes answers your questions. I think HIS nick is PETERMORGAN

I'm happy with AV but now you make me think I left BV c'ause I went itchy after all the complaints against them.

I'll hope this helps to you .

Let me know in the forum

Regards Kukulut
