Default Any service even cheaper than Voxee?

I currently use voxee for their outgoing SIP VOIP. Its really great - 1.1c/min rounded every 6 seconds (not 1min like most other providers).

Does anyone know of something even cheaper than this, but still has the awesome rounding??

Right now, we dont make enough calls to warrant any unlimited plan more than 6-7 bucks a month (none of those that I am aware of (are there?)).

Thanks!

Please try vbuzzer. They are 1 cent / min for 20 countries including US. They do not have rounding every 6 seconds but it does not matter for calls that last more than 1 minutes.

no it matters, necause a call for 1 min 6 seconds from voxee is 1.21 (1.1 + .11) cents for the call, while Vbuzzer is 2c.

Check out www.plainvoip.com. They are 0.009/min w/ 6&6. I cannot vouch for quality as I just signed up Friday.

Good luck,

Jonathan

I just tried plainvoip. They are fine for normal voice calls, but I have a very difficult time calling AT&T teleconference calls through them. Since I do that every day, I'm going to drop plainvoip.

Effective April 20, PlainVoip changed rates to 1.1 cents -now same as Voxee!

Just signed up for Voxee as a backup carrier (was going to go with Gizmo Project CallOut but changed my mind) and it does the job well. Thanks for the tip!

How is it better that what gizmoproject.com has going on? I would htink gizmo has a larger userbase.

Gizmo Project requires a larger minimum donation ($10 vs. $5), callout credits expire (after 365 days, vs. never with Voxee), and has worse rates to Canada (2.6 cents to 1.14 cents/minute [I am Canadian]). I do certainly recommend a person have more outbound providers than just Voxee, and as you mentioned one of your providers should be a bigger better-known one (I also use Teliax pay as you go for that purpose), but I am also enjoying Voxee's advantages.
