Default yate 0.8.7 with h323, sip and iax

Yate 0.8.7 is here. It has H.323 (very good supported), SIP (the new Yate SIP stack - very stable), IAX1 and 2 ( calls and registration). It also has support for E1/T1 using zaptel drivers.
