I DID IT. The process was actually quite simple. It was me that was stupid when it came to PHP. The xten privately branded phone was trying to make a PHP submission. What I ended up doing was using a program called netcat. It did not really tell me a lot more than I had learned from packet sniffing with Ethereal, however It did give me exactly the text as it was submitting it. See the forums at

I used a program called absolute telnet and connected to the server on port 80.
After beating my head against the wall, I was ready to give up then read on a web page that a PHP Post has to be followed by an BLANK LINE. So, before I completely gave up, I tried one more time, and the server responded SUCCESS! It then spit out a wealth of configuration info. My heart jumped nearly outta my chest.
