voip gateway with early media support

Hi All,
I'm looking for a voip gateway (SIP) that supports early media (183 call progress with SDP). To be specific, does any of the following support early media?
1. AudioCodes-MP-202
2. Grandstream-GXW4004
3. AudioCodes-MP-114-FXS

Secondly, is there a way to enable early media for analog phones connected to LinkSys SPA9000.

If early media doesn't work, I don't think there is a way to enable early media in the SPA9000. A search of the SPA9000 Administrator Guide doesn't mention early media.

The AudioCodes may support early media.

What is your application requiring early media?

Thanks for your response. I'm trying to test a UA for early media. In my test bed I want an analog phone to be connected to a gateway that generates early media. The SPA9000 does not generate early media and i guess there is no way to configure that as well. I want to be 100% sure about the gateway that I purchase and don't want to waste money on something that does not support early media :-)

The AudioCodes MP-114 supports early media (183 SIP response).
