Can anyone explain what this is? It is listed in inventory as "mSWITCH VOIP GATEWAY WITH CHASSIS (2) C-HSM 24240084A2 CONTROL MODULE WITH 20GB".

I have an opportunity to buy a few very cheaply. I am guessing they have some value.
