T-Com TC300 / Pirelli DP-L10 / Arcor Twintel VoIP Wifi GSM

I have a T-Com TC300 GSM/WiFi combo phone (also marketed as a DP-L10 by Pirelli and a Twintel by Arcor).

My issue is that following a firmware upgrade, now each time that I turn the phone off it defaults to factory settings thus forgetting everything (WiFi, Sip settings, etc). I am also unable to load sounds or images.

Trying to reload or change the FW results in a FULL MEMORY message

My initial upgrade to an .82 load (or something like that) went well, but the problems started with the latest FW upgrade.

The problem appears to be somewhat common, however I have tried everything that has been posted on various forums (albeit most posts are in German, which I do not speak), but nothing has resolved it.

Does anyone have the phone and has resolved the issue? (in English or Spanish). I was upgrading primarily to get multiple SIP account support, but now I would be happy to simply get the phone back to a working condition at ANY FW load.
