How sophisticated are Zyxel 2002/L dial plans ?

Hi,

The zyxel 2002/L has a dial plan feature only available via the CLI. I've tried emailing zyxel support to find out how sophisticatd this features is ? No luck. Anyone got any background on the syntax of the dial plan which should give me some idea of the features it includes.

I need to be able to route mobile calls to a different SIP provider.
