Has anyone tried this device? Does it have dialplan similar to the Sipura? I would like to use this but real information is far and few in between.

Since SMC is a Singaporean company, you are in a better position than most to find out about this device.

SMC networks is far from being a Singaporean company, it is based in Irvine Calif. , it has a large presence in Singapore but I can't find anyone who actually uses the device, SMC's staffs are not very approachable, beside a real life use is more useful. I have handled the device and marvelled at its size. I know for example that the FXO socket is not the same as in the SPA3000, it is a simple fallback to PSTN. SO I guess the quest is not very easy
