Qos with a Cisco 837 ADSL Router?

Anyone using a Cisco 837 with ADSL for their VOIP router? If so, I'm interested in setting up some QoS within the IOS to give priority and bandwidth to the VOIP traffic and would appreicate tips or a sample config.
