Default PBX Software transferring calls over the net?

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

What I want is an incoming line (currently using vbuzzer with a sipura 1001) to be answered by a pbx software (I will probably use Axon Virtual PBX Software) and have an IVR answer with options saying press 1 to connect to person1, press 2 to connect to person2, etc. however person1 and person2 will be connected to vbuzzer via a softphone over the internet not on my local network. Will the IVR be able to transfer the call to person1@vbuzzer.com ?

if so, is there additional information I can read about setting this information up?

I'm trying to configure everything using NCH Swift Sound's PBX and IVR

You can register your vbuzzer account with www.voxalot.com, then register your voxalot account with www.easypabx.com, and have everybody logon to www.easypabx.com as extension.

Up to a maximum of two callers can use the same account at any one time and www.easypabx.com has IVR, voice mail, hunt group, ring group, conference, call back, DISA etc. etc. It will even direct incoming calls directly to extension using CID without involving IVR. It takes a couple of days to set it up properly but once it's setup, it will work in the backgroup. The best thing is, you don't even need a computer to run it.

The reason you have to use voxalot.com is because vbuzzer does not work directly with easypabx.com.
