PAP2-NA rings with a short beep

Also another question I have two of PAP@ NA units both have a problem on ringing on line 1 it kinda rings with a small beep ---- line 2 rings fine. Both have the same problem any suggestions or does anyone have encountered this ... maybe both units are defective?

It sounds like you accidentally changed Line 1's default Ring Cadence from 1 to something else. Look at the bottom of your User 1 page and check that you have "Default Ring:" set to "1", or that it is set to the same value as Line 2.

May be that the provider is sending distinctive ring too, since you have two units are they on the same provider. Are BOTH ports on the same device on the same provider? Also check the distinctive rings, if you have only one DID , set them all at 1
