Thanks for the reply Marcello.
I've heard the
SPA-941 is a good phone, however it's a little on the high side of the non-profit price scale. I am using asterisk and ATA-s right now, but it's time to graduate to real phones where users don't have to remember feature codes (I don't know how many times I've heard "how do I <insert feature here>???)
Anyway, I've heard the grandsreams can cause echo issues, but are a good budget phone. I've seen some good deals on the Aastra phones in the $120 range and they don't assume all places have $400 POE switches and include the power adapter.
I am a little hesitant to go with another Linksys/sipura as the 841 that we tried out a while ago sounds terrible, reboots randomly and in general is worthless.
Aynway, thanks for the response. I look forward to hearing more!
