"Newbie" Need a laundry list!

Alright I'm in the position of finding a phone system for a medium sized business.

Layout: three incoming analog lines, with 12 exts.

Looking at implementing Asterix but I have no idea what other hardware I'll need. Phone's we're looking at getting bugettone 102's.

My understanding is that the business would be on an internal VOIP system and then connected to the PSTN through an adapter of sorts. What do I need do accomplish this? I'm not looking for a VOIP service from outside just internal to handle voicemail and transfers.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

An Asterisk server would handle the internal stuff and voicemail okay and will also work with the Budgetones. You could bring the analog lines into Asterisk with either the Wildcard interface cards (I think they offer a four-port one) or using 3 SPA-3000s.
