A lightweight proxy for VoIP?

I have a hardware SIP phone, and a PC that runs VPN software in order to set up a split tunnel connection to the office. The PC cannot route IP while the VPN is running ...

So, in order to send data from the SIP phone into the office network, I need to have a proxy of some sort running on the PC. Can someone point me in the right direction?

OS is Windows XP, but I could run something else under VM or VirtualBox if that were the right answer ...
