Hardware Overview

Hi,

Is there an "overview" regarding voip adapter hardware? I am looking for device that allows to hook up to more than one voip provider as well as to my analog phone (it should also allow me to dial using either my POTS line or the voip provider).

Is there such an overview?

I can tell you that the Intertex IX67 *should* do what you're looking for, since it has an FXO port on it. But it's also a SIP-aware router in addition to supporting the ability to register on more than one provider.

So an FXO port is the same as a PSTN pass-through port? [PhoneBoy - Your post was made quite some time ago, but I don't see why that should be relevant.]
