 DVG-1402S Dlink / Lingo Problems
I have 3 problems with Caller I.D., Message Waiting Indicator, and Simutaneous Ring features. Some days my Caller I.D. would work and some days it doesn't. I'd say out of the past 90 days my caller i.d. worked about 10 days. The same with the MWI. It seems like the same days the Caller I.D. didn't work the MWI didn't work either.
I have the simutaneous ring setup to ring both my home phone and cell phone. My cell always rings first and sometimes my home phone doesn't ring at all, or it won't ring until my cell phone has rung 3 or 4 times, so I never know when it's a Lingo or cell phone call.
I had firmware version L4.0S36V, but I found version S4.0S49 on Sipps website. I thought it would still work with my Lingo service since it's the same router, but now it will no longer work at all with Lingo. I thought that I could just upgrade the firmware on it, but I can't because now it's asking me for a password. Can anybody help me with the password and the latest firmware that will work with Lingo service?
